NuttaButtaInAA Website Privacy Policy

1. Current website scope

The current public website is a project and information hub. It does not currently offer active public member registration, login, forums, or public-profile features.

Legacy records from retired community/member features may remain in restricted backend storage until they are deleted, anonymized, or retained for a reasonable operational, security, legal, or record-keeping purpose.

2. Information received when you visit

Web infrastructure may receive standard request information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, HTTP headers, browser or device information, and security/routing data. Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery, security, and related infrastructure for the current site.

Some pages may request third-party resources such as Google-hosted fonts. Those providers may receive standard network request information when your browser connects to them.

The site does not operate a first-party behavioural advertising system or active public member-account system as of the effective date.

3. Information you choose to provide

If you contact Ward Reynolds by email, GitHub, or another support channel, the content you provide and associated contact information may be used to respond, investigate issues, maintain security, and keep reasonable support records.

Do not send passwords, stream keys, private keys, recovery codes, or other secrets unless a specific secure workflow explicitly requires them.

4. External links, social platforms, and merchandise

The website links to GitHub, social or streaming platforms, merchandise providers, and other third-party sites. When you follow those links, the third party receives information according to its own systems and policies.

Purchases, accounts, streams, social interactions, and other transactions performed on third-party sites are not processed as first-party NuttaButtaInAA website transactions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Service providers and processing outside Canada

Some infrastructure or third-party providers may process standard request or service data outside Canada. Depending on the feature you use, providers may include Cloudflare, GitHub, Google, streaming platforms, hosting providers, browser vendors, or a provider you select yourself.

6. Retention and deletion

Information under our control is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for security and troubleshooting, to maintain records, or as required or permitted by law. Local files and application data remain subject to the deletion controls of your device and the relevant application.

You may contact privacy@nuttabuttainaa.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Legal exceptions may limit a request.

7. Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information under our control. No device, network, encryption method, browser, or storage system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

If a privacy or security incident creates notification obligations under applicable law, required notices will be made.

8. Children and legal capacity

These projects are not designed to require children to provide personal information to create a Vuttara or Orayth account. Where a user is a minor, a parent or legal guardian should supervise use and any disclosure of personal information to third-party services.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the project changes. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date. Features that materially change collection, cloud processing, analytics, accounts, sync, or AI data transmission should receive an updated disclosure before or when they are introduced.
