Vuttara Broadcast Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the Vuttara Broadcast browser/PWA application and its first-party website distribution.
1. Local project state
Vuttara Broadcast stores project state in browser localStorage, including scenes, sources, recording settings, and related project configuration.
Custom image masks may be stored inside the project as data URLs. A browser-overlay reference URL may be stored as project data.
2. Screen, camera, microphone, and tab capture
Capture uses browser-provided permission APIs. When you choose a screen, window, tab, camera, or microphone, the browser supplies the selected media to the PWA for local composition and recording.
Vuttara Broadcast cannot bypass browser permission controls. Your browser and operating system may show their own indicators, prompts, and device-selection interfaces.
3. Recordings
The current application records the composited canvas/audio locally through browser recording APIs. The application does not require uploading a recording to a Vuttara server to create the local recording.
Browser limitations, background throttling, device performance, storage availability, and encoder support can affect recording quality or completion.
4. Browser overlays and external URLs
Inline overlay HTML/CSS is sanitized for the current overlay workflow. Scripts and nested iframes are removed in that workflow. A reference URL may be stored, but cross-origin web pages are not directly captured by the PWA merely because a reference URL is saved.
If you independently open or connect to a third-party URL, that provider receives data according to its own network and privacy practices.
5. Hosting, PWA caching, and analytics
The hosting/CDN/browser environment can receive standard request information when you load or update the PWA. The service worker may cache application assets so the installed PWA can load reliably.
No Vuttara-operated account system or intentional first-party usage-analytics endpoint is described by the current application source reviewed for this policy. If analytics, cloud sync, accounts, or remote recording storage are enabled later, this policy should be updated.
6. Service providers and processing outside Canada
Some infrastructure or third-party providers may process standard request or service data outside Canada. Depending on the feature you use, providers may include Cloudflare, GitHub, Google, streaming platforms, hosting providers, browser vendors, or a provider you select yourself.

7. Retention and deletion
Information under our control is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for security and troubleshooting, to maintain records, or as required or permitted by law. Local files and application data remain subject to the deletion controls of your device and the relevant application.
You may contact privacy@nuttabuttainaa.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Legal exceptions may limit a request.
8. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information under our control. No device, network, encryption method, browser, or storage system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
If a privacy or security incident creates notification obligations under applicable law, required notices will be made.
9. Children and legal capacity
These projects are not designed to require children to provide personal information to create a Vuttara or Orayth account. Where a user is a minor, a parent or legal guardian should supervise use and any disclosure of personal information to third-party services.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the project changes. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date. Features that materially change collection, cloud processing, analytics, accounts, sync, or AI data transmission should receive an updated disclosure before or when they are introduced.
