The restarted Electron + TypeScript browser is now publicly available with tabs, sessions, bookmarks, downloads, profiles, permissions, private tabs, extensions, Memory Saver, Vuttara Protection, themes and built-in updates.

Windows capture, GPU preview and the WASAPI audio mixer remain confirmed. Visual Filters foreground/layering and movable/resizable utility-window behavior remain active development work. No public rewrite build.

Stage 3.5 live/default · Stage 4 FIX9 curriculum + later repair checkpoints

The 64,000-record true-holdout FIX9 curriculum is built and Stage 4 research has continued through later repair/checkpoint work, including FIX10-FIX12 research-best checkpoints. No Stage 4 candidate has been promoted; Stage 3.5 remains the live/default runtime.
